Devasheesh brings over 15 years of experience in solar energy and financial management to Raywatt Solar. Prior to co-founding the company, he spent over a decade with Reven Technologies, where he played an instrumental role in developing burners and customised industrial solutions building a deep, hands-on understanding of industrial energy systems long before he brought that expertise to solar.
At Raywatt Solar, Devasheesh heads Procurement and Finance, a role that puts him at the centre of every project’s viability from sourcing the right components at the right cost, to structuring the financial models that make CAPEX, OPEX, and Open Access solutions work for clients across sectors.
His approach blends financial discipline with an engineer’s eye for practical detail, ensuring that every plant Raywatt builds is not just technically sound, but financially built to last.
Nagarjuna is a dynamic, multi-skilled professional with over 15 years of experience across the solar and defence industries.
At Raywatt Solar, he leads Operations and heads the company’s South India business. Prior to co-founding Raywatt Solar, he played an instrumental role in developing on-grid solar PV power plants at Fourth Partner Energy Pvt. Ltd. (4PEL), where he was responsible for end-to-end project planning and execution of industrial and C&I solar power plants across South India including tendering, SPV system design, vendor and technology selection, project management, and operations & maintenance.
Over his tenure at 4PEL, he led the solarisation of multiple sites totalling more than 20 MW. Earlier in his career, Nagarjuna worked with KSL Clean-Tech, where he was responsible for system design, project monitoring, tendering, and project execution.
